I am currently a Fellow-in-Residence at the Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. I am also an Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at Temple University. I completed a PhD in philosophy at Columbia University.

My research draws on resources from philosophy of race, social and political philosophy, and the Black radical tradition to develop a theory of racism as a systemic and explanatory concept. I am also interested in methodological issues in social philosophy and anti-colonial thought (particularly in Latin America).

I organized the 1st, 6th, and 7th editions of the annual Latinx Philosophy Conference.
